Any products that are defective ex: blemishes, snags, etc. may be returned or exchanged for the same product or another product of equal value. Exchanges may be made only if the original product ordered is unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition as when ordered, this includes tags and packaging of any kind. In order to exchange an item, the customer must first mail the original item back, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
